Vendor Application – Rocky Mountain Tea Festival Marketplace
You are cordially invited to apply for a booth at the Annual Rocky Mountain Tea Festival Marketplace! The Marketplace showcases vendors offering products and services related to the world of tea—teas, accessories, ceramics, and other tea-inspired goods. Please note: all booths must be tea-related.
Marketplace Details: Location: Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse patios (13th Street, between Arapahoe Ave & Canyon Blvd)
Dates: September 6 & 7
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Vendor Guidelines & Policies:
Vendors must provide their own display materials, including tables and weather protection.
Booth space includes one 8-ft banquet table.
The vendor fee is $100 (non-refundable, regardless of weather or cancellation).
Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting Colorado State Sales Tax.
Booths must remain staffed throughout marketplace hours.
Set-up must be completed by 10:00 am; teardown must be finished by 4:00 pm.
Limited electricity and water access; bring your own extension cords if needed.
Application Process: Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified if your application has been accepted. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions on how to submit your payment to secure your booth space.
