Where are you located and where can we park?
We are located at 1770 13th street in downtown Boulder, Colorado. The Teahouse is in between Arapahoe and Canyon Avenues on 13th Street.
On the street parking is available on both 13th and 14th Streets, simply look for the City of Boulder Parking kiosks. There is also a parking garage located at 14th Street and Canyon Boulevards. The parking lot behind the Teahouse is a permitted lot Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This lot is open and available for public parking on both Saturday and Sunday.
What are your hours of operation?
The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse is open 6 days a week from 11am until 9pm on weekdays and 9am -9pm on weekends.
We serve Lunch Tuesday-Friday, from 11am until 3pm
Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, from 9am until 3pm
Dinner is served 6 days a week from 5pm until 9pm
English Afternoon Tea is served 6 days a week between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. In addition to the Afternoon Tea between 3pm and 5pm, we also serve a smaller mid-day menu for walk in guests without reservations.
Can I come to the Teahouse just to enjoy a cup of tea?
Yes, of course! You're welcome to get a table or we have bar seating that is available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

When can I make a reservation?
The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse accepts dinner reservations Tuesday through Sunday from 5pm until 9pm. We do not take lunch or brunch reservations, only walk-ins. We do accept Afternoon Tea reservations 6 days a week. Afternoon Tea reservations are required to be confirmed via phone, as we do require dietary restriction and credit card information.
How can I make Traditional English Afternoon Tea reservations?
High tea is accepted from 3pm up until 5pm, 6 days a week over the phone ONLY. This service does require at least a 24 hour advanced reservation so the Chef can prepare daily for you and your Guests. It is $25 for adults and $15 for kids. We take a credit card # as part of our cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that weekends fill up quickly.
What is Dim Sum and how can I make a reservation?
Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese tea and food service. We serve Dim Sum once a month and these dates can be found on the home page of our website. This service does require at least a 24 hour advanced reservation, but keep in mind that Dim Sum does fill weeks in advance. This service is $30 per person.
Cancellation policy for all reservations?
Dinner reservations can cancel at any time.
Afternoon tea and Dim Sum reservations have to be cancelled 24 hours before your reservation day and time. If you cancel the day of, you will be charged 30% per person.
Do you host private special events at the Teahouse?
Yes, we host special events at the Teahouse. If you are interested in hosting an event at the Teahouse, please email us at info@boulderteahouse.com with pertinent details.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased two different ways. You're more than welcome to come in to get one either a physical card or we can send it to your email. The other way is going on our website and purchasing an e-gift card that can be sent to you by text or email.
Where to order bulk tea?
Bulk tea can be purchased at our bar, as well as out our website (www.boulderteahouse.com); We sell all of our premium, loose-leaf teas by the ounce. We carry a large array of tea products at both locations.
What is the self- serve patio? And how does it work?
Our self-serve patio is located on the north side of the front entrance to the Teahouse. Guest are encouraged to order at the bar, where they will be served their drinks and given an order number. Drink service and payment will occur at the bar (we recommend you find a table first and mark it then come inside to order). If you are ordering food, we will bring it out to you.
Pickup/ Delivery options?
We offer take out at the bar and have an online ordering system on our website that is for pickup only. Our delivery opinions are ordering either through Doordash or Nosh.
What is your Dog Policy?
Pets are not allowed on our south creek patio or in our dining room. Only service animals are allowed inside and on our south creek patio. We do allow animals on our self-service patios.
